Wellbeing - Reducing Stress

I have been interested in wellbeing as I think it plays an important role in our busy lives. I decided to try some apps online, which I have used for over sometime and they have became part of my daily routine. I then did an online course called “Reducing Stress with Meditation and Visualisation”. This is something I can do at home, in a traffic jam and even in any stressful situation. It’s amazing how easy it is.
