Our bodies are designed for exercise

It’s true out bodies are designed for exercise and we need to find the right one for optimum results. I started off with Aqua classes and have now progressed onto a few other classes. Remember it is important to mis up classes ie Pilates/yoga are just as beneficial as a gym session. The main exercise I do is aqua sessions as these support the body in the water and there will be less chance of injury. I decided to take a years membership at the local gym and have set my goal to be fitter, slimmer and healthy by then.
