Its original meaning was the same as in modern English, “habitually taken food and drink.” . In other words your diet should be everything in moderation. I worked for a Slimming Company for 7 years as a Health Lecturer/Consultant for over 7 years and it became a hobby I enjoyed outside of my job. So, I know what to do - its just putting what I know into practice. So for the last 3 years, I have been going to a local Slimming Group and working out at the gym. As I was morbidly obese, I started working out in water doing all aqua classes. I made it my goal to shift the weight and I can honestly say I am feeling so much better for it. I have less pain in my joints, more energy and feel more confident. I have started an online course on Nutrition, which I am enjoying. It is basically refreshing what I did as a hobby with a few new topics included.
